Kanagaraj has extensive experience of general administrative activities, personnel management, policy and procedure implementation and facilities management across the organisation. He is skilled in handling operational services management (soft facility services, hard facility services, contact centre services, short and long term services), Owners Association Management Services (financial management, administrative and secretarial) and budgeting and administration.
Kanagaraj holds Bachelor Degree in Science and Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application. He is also certified Occupational Safety professional and Lead Trainer (registered in UK) in addition to that he is a qualified Association Management System (AMS(R)) Professional, US Certified Manager for Community Association (CMCA(R)), Effective Management Training, the Model Leader course, Project Management Professional (PMI).
Member in US Based Community Association Institute, Project Management Institute and Registered with NEBOSH as am Tutor.
